I want to get out of a 7 year relationship with my boyfriend. He constnantly cheats on me(which he has admited to everytime). We have two children together(ages 1 & 2). I have only a highschool deploma and a couple of college credits. I stay at home with kids so I have no work history either. He has been sole supporter of the family. I have no friends or family members that live in the state I live in (the nearest ones are 1300 miles away). They would be my only option to go to if I leave. I was told on several occsions that if i leave the state then a judge could order me back to stay until custody could be determined. Its not that I dont want the kids to have relationship with their father but my only alternative is to move to texas. Can I leave the state without coming back. Who would most likely get custody? He is a good father when he is around which isnt too often (mostly because of work), but not a good partner in life. Thank you, A.
